Weigh in for week number 3.......
What is wrong with this picture......once more I only lost 1.2 pounds......depression.....depression.......kick the door...hit the wall...the dawling lost 1.9 pounds...damn man! So, basically I'm losing a little over 1 pound a week! I have got to get the body in serious motion! I refuse to spend money on a "work out place" if walk/running isn't helping then I'm going to get on the bike...but....it's too icy right now....hopefully the weather will change and soon.....spring is right around the corner! Damn damn man!

Stay motivated! I'm working hard at it too. I added yoga to my routine. It is simply a dvd I do at home.
