day 2 of thee diet and a recipe
So far so good......going to the store to pick up more items.....
Low cal recipe (forgot to take picture...typical)
3 boneless chicken breast (cut each one in half, lengthwise)in a stoneware container with lid (dutch oven) drizzle light olive oil...maybe 1 tablespoon, put your now 6 pieces of chicken breast in, put fresh thyme and rosemary over the chicken (put as much as you want), two cubes of chicken bouillon mixed with about 1/2 cup water...put in the dish, add about 1/4 cup cheap white wine or forget it, fresh ground pepper and sprinkle of lawry's season salt, throw in some carrots...put your lid on and cook for about 2 hours or so in 350 degrees. ( used my convection oven and put at 325 for about 100 minutes)...do the tried and true fork method. We figured the weight was 4.5 oz per piece....which is 4.5 points

I think that since this is still a holiday weekend I am quick to give in. Like your recipe and plan to get back on track tomorrow with more balance!
