Cattle scale time
Not a good number, depressing actually, still kept the jacket on...drum roll........a small loss of (.2pounds) Give me a break!!! Really, really, big peoples are knocking the pounds off....peoples slightly fluffy, are knocking the poundage off...3 and 4 pounds! What I find interesting...our fine leader...always tells me ".5 to 2 pounds is what one should lose" what I have picked up on.... nothing is said to the 3 and up poundage lost peoples.....our leader says to yours truly.... if the peoples lose more than 2 pounds per week "we talk to them".....OK.... lets kick these over the limit poundage loser peoples out!!!!! Amen! Damn, damn poundage loser people!

Lindy, just hang in there. The slower it comes off, the longer it stays off. True! Frustrating, I know, but just keep on keepin' on.
