In a hurry


Lost half a pound of lard this week........really busting my butt with the work outs at the gym........up to 1 to 2 hours of cardio then 3 times a week add the weights........maybe it's the age factor????? I turn 57 on the 15th and I really wanted 10 more pounds off by then...oh well..............at least an 80 year old man came up to me (as the sweat is dripping off my red face) and tells me that he's been watching me work out and I was doing real good..............WTF............so I said thank you and continued with my sweating..........I'll leave it at that.............
