Of followers..........We went out of town last Sunday night and the cattle scale weigh in had already happened. So, next Wednesday......I do know I am walking 4.5 miles in 45 minutes...which means I need to waddle walk further to make sure it is 60 minutes! Stay cool........I am a total wet blob when I come back from the waddle thing....not pretty at all!
