Walking

For those of you out in blog land that want to lose weight....I have a tip......go walk around 5pm.....make sure it has plenty of hills....make real sure it is 90 plus degrees...don't take any water...walk 4 plus miles...remember to work it baby....come home guzzle down tons of half frozen water...cook dinner....then clean your mess up....THEN I PROMISE..you will spew forth all that you ate...lovely.....
